Where do I input unemployment taxes already paid for our nanny?

I do payroll and pay monthly/quarterly through intuit's payroll web service.  I have a form 940/941 and MD 508. Tax payments entered under the estimated taxes section- but where do I enter unemployment?

You ONLY enter the total amount you paid for the nanny in the Day Care Credit section ... that includes all wages, payroll taxes & unemployment costs.    None of the payroll tax reports are entered on a personal tax return.
