Where do I go to find my quarterly estimated tax forms in TurboTax?

None of those steps seem to be available after you’ve filled your 2019 return, though. Where do you go to start it off? My return is long since filled, and I don’t see any option to go back into my return.

Click on Add A State to let you back into your return.  Be careful not to change your actual return.  Just go to the Estimated section.

You can just type W4 in the search box at the top of your return , click on Find. Then Click on Jump To and it will take you to the estimated tax payments section. Say no to changing your W-4 and the next screen will start the estimated taxes section.
