If you did it is displayed on page 2 of your FORM 1040. Lines 21 b&c

It is also stated at the top of the filing instructions.

There is no such IRS Form 1090. Are you referring to a Form 1040 which is your federal tax return?

Or are you referring to a Form 1095-A for health care?
