Where do I enter Quarterly 1040-ES/V Payments?

I'm not sure why you wrote "1040-ES/V" in your question.  This answer is for entering 1040-ES quarterly estimated tax payments you made toward your 2018 return.

Here's a shortcut to navigate to the estimated taxes section in the Online product to report the estimated payments you made toward your 2018 return so you get credit for them.
  • Log in and open your return ("Take me to my return".)
  • When the return is open, click at the top right corner on the Search tab.
  • Enter quarterly without quotes and click on the magnifying glass icon.
  • Choose Jump to quarterly.
  • You will come to a screen "Estimates and Other Income Taxes Paid".
  • The first topic is "Estimated Tax Payments."
  • Choose the category(s) for the type of tax payments.
See the screen images below.

Or if you prefer to use regular navigation:
  • Federal Taxes tab
  • Then choose top tab Deductions & Credits.
  • At the Tax Breaks screen choose to display All Tax Breaks.
  • Scroll down to topic Estimates and Other Taxes Paid.
  • Expand that section then choose  subtopic Estimated Tax Payments.

NOTE:  If you entered state estimated tax payments, then step through the State interview to be sure they transfer over to the state side.  Before filing, review your Federal and State return to be sure all payments are showing up.

I don't know what you mean by the "1040-ES/V" part as opposed to just 1040-ES.  My answer below will tell you how to enter quarterly estimated tax payments you paid in 2018 or early 2019 toward your 2018 return.

Otherwise, you'll need to explain why you included the "V".

A guess for why the "V" is because there are 2 types of vouchers.  The 1040-ES and the 1040-V.  I had the same question initially because I didn't understand the difference between the two.

But, the 1040-V is for sending in with your current year's tax return when you owe the Feds.  The 1040-ES is for paying the following year's taxes.  I'm not any kind of expert, so check on the above before you believe it.
