Safety officer health insurance will be part of the 1099-R. After you enter the information in this section, it will ask about being employed as a Public Safety Officer. It will then ask if the money taken out was for health insurance followed by the amount.

If you are having trouble with this, go back to the summary page(1099-R Entries)and delete the 1099-R and try again.
