Where do I enter my quarterly taxes paid to IRS for 2016 on my Tax Return?

You can enter the quarterly estimated taxes you paid by following these steps:

In TurboTax, open your tax return and click on Personal, then Deductions & Credits
Click Continue on the next page
On the next page, click on I'll choose what I work on
Locate the section named Estimates and Other Taxes Paid
Click on Start next to Estimates (see attached screenshot).
