Where do I enter the executor fee as income for 2018?

Executor fees are entered in this way:

• Income & Wages
• Less common income
• Miscellaneous income....start/update
• Other reportable income
• Any other taxable income...includes executor fees as one of the examples.  Say yes here & you'll be able to enter the income on the next screen.  Use a description such as "executor fee for Estate of John Smith " and the amount.

This amount will appear on line 6 of Form 1040 which comes from the Schedule 1 line 21.
