where do i enter ISO exercide and Hold

I exericised ISO stock options last year which i did not sell where do i enter that

You can enter your Incentive Stock Option (ISO) data or Form 3921 into the Investment Income section.   The last section in investment income is ISO Exercise and Hold.  Click Start or Update there and answer yes to the Did you buy and hold in 2025?  and also on  Did you receive a Form 3921? question.   You can search for Form 3921 and use the Jump to link to get there also.
