Where do I enter Exempt-Interest Dividends, Form 1040, Line 8b

Exempt-Interest or Dividend income information would be entered in the Interest and Dividends section of TurboTax.

To find this section in TurboTax, select your Federal return tab from the black column on the left side of the screen.

Select the Income & Expenses tab at the top of the screen.

Scroll down to Interest and Dividends section.  (See sample screenshot) Select Start or Revisit the interest or dividend income sections.  Enter the 1099-INT and/or 1099-DIV information as they are on the forms sent to you.
