Where do I enter estimated taxes that were paid in 2106

Federal (1040ES), state and local estimated payments that you made are entered in Deductions and Credits section. IF state and local, once they are entered, TurboTax automatically transfers the state/local payments to their respective returns:

Federal Taxes
Deductions & Credits
Scroll down to Estimates and Other taxes Paid
Select Estimates
