Where do I enter a statement that shows !099-INT from the Internal Revenue Service?

Just enter it as ordinary interest just as if you got the 1099-INT from a bank.

You will enter this under wages and income.

To add a 1099-INT, follow these steps: 

1. Sign into your TurboTax account 
2. From your federal return 
3. Click on Wages & Income 
4. Click Review/Edit 
5. Select Investments and Savings, click Show More
6. You will see Interest on 1099-INT
