You do NOT enter a 1095B or a 1095C. If you have health insurance from the marketplace---"Obamacare" -- healthcare.gov ----- then you need to enter your 1095A
There is no question in the federal tax return for 2022 that asks whether you had health insurance coverage. There is no longer a federal requirement to have health insurance.
If you received a Form 1095-A follow the instructions that xmasbaby0 gave you above to enter the 1095-A.
If your state has a health insurance coverage requirement, the question will be asked in the state interview.
