Where do I add interest income if I don't have a 1099 but have proof of the amont?

You would add it as if you received a 1099-INT by following the instructions below:

Select "Federal" on the left panel
Select the "Wages & Income" sub-tab at the top of the screen
Select See all income
Scroll down to Interest and Dividends and select Show More
Select Start/Revisit next to Interest on 1099-INT
