where did you receive this message? it is possible somebody has used your identity to file their taxes.  see the below link

I was sent an email.  Anything is possible but I can't imagine anyone actually having my information.  I filed my taxes in March.  I'm trying to figure out if this email was just a phishing scam or if it really came from Turbotax.  I logged in to my account with Turbotax and didn't see any notifications on the site.
