Trouble with 1099G

I'm trying to enter my 1099-G but I don't know what type of payment it was. I don't own a farm or business and it only has boxes 2 and 3 on the form. The source of income doesn't seem to fit into any of the options. Thanks.

Trouble with 1099G

When you have a 1099-G that has Box 2 filled, it is reporting a state or local refund issued in a prior year. Box 3 represents the tax year the refund is for. See link below that explains how to enter the 1099-G into TurboTax:
