When you do paper taxes you can show tax documents with your signature. With efile for federal and state how can I show full tax document with esignature as proof?

In the past, I have never included the electronic postmark with a tax return submission for a loan. I just print the return, sign and date it using the date of the electronic postmark, and include it in the loan application package.  Even back then it made absolutely no sense to me, becuase as a part of that package I also had to include either a signed 4602 or 2602-T which allowed the bank to order a copy of my tax return or transcript directly from the IRS.

So since the transcript came directly from the IRS to the bank, it seems to me that what the IRS provides holds all the weight, and what I provided holds no weight what-so-ever.  But it is, what it is. I just play by their own rules and have never had any issues getting the mortgage or car loan.
