When will TurboTax software be updated for re-filing 2018 taxes to reflect retroactive changes from the Taxpayer Certainty and Disaster Tax Relief Act of 2019?

You have 3 years from the due date to amend your 2018 tax return. It will probably be a few months before the 2018 software is updated as they are still updating the 2019 software. But, rest assured that it will be updated.

Turbo Tax has said that I might benefit from an amended 2018 return. A few clicks, and nothing. Why does it still suggest I print and mail in an amended return?
