When will "pay for my tax return filing using my returns" be available?

The optional Refund Processing Service to have the TurboTax account fees deducted from the federal tax refund with a service charge of $39.99 will not be available until all the forms and schedules in the tax return have been finalized.  Click on Review for the forms and schedules needing to be finalized and the dates they are available.
