I have used turbotax for several years.

The lack of responses and confusion of your messages has ended my interest in you, regardless of how many inane badges you award me.

All I want to be able to do is re-do my taxes and correct mistakes.

I have been trying to make sense of your answers for over an hour!!

Log back into your return.  You will a button that says Fix My return.  

Once you select that button, the program will walk you through the steps or ask for the information needed to fix your return.
