When will Form 8936 be in the system?

I saw a similar community tax expert mention Form 8936 and the Energy-efficient section as a whole is pending with the following forms:

• Form 8910: Alternative Motor Vehicle Credit (Turbo Tax Date: 2/20 | IRS Date: 2/14)
• Form 8911: Alternative Fuel Vehicle Refueling Property Credit (Turbo Tax Date: 2/20 | IRS Date: TBD)

Does that mean 8936 will not be available until the forms above are? Date 2/20 or TBD since 8911 is TBD on the IRS page?

Form 8936  will be available in this week's release of TurboTax.  The forms availability article will be updated when the release is made.
