Below is a link showing the updated dates for all forms available via TurboTax. Originally TT stated that the 24th would be the day, looks like it got pushed back a day.

Also remember they are in Arizona Time so if you are on the East Coast it will be 2-hours later for whenever they activate the form for official use
The federal 8915-e shows on the TurboTax list of Expected Forms Availability that it is currently available.
You will need to close your return, update the software and then re-load your return and update it to the software.
The Form 8915-E is the "Qualified 2020 Disaster Retirement Plan Distributions and Repayments Department of the Treasury Internal Revenue Service (Use for Coronavirus-Related and Other Qualified 2020 Disaster Distributions)", This was a special COVID provision put in place for the year and it took IRS a little while longer to release to the website and the software developers.

ERROR or BUG in code. Getting message Form 8915D-T: Your calculations can not be completed. Reference Code: 0-753-120 and its throwing me in a loop.
I'm not filing a 8915D. I'm filing 8915E ONLY. I did not take a disaster relief in 2019. Only 2020. When I look at the list of forms available in my tax return to delete, I only see 8915E-T.
TurboTax has worked hard with the IRS to be able to e-file form 8915-E. Since this will require programming adjustments for both the IRS and TurboTax, it will be a few weeks before these changes are made. If you wish to file this form, you have the following options:

You must have answered "yes" to the wrong disaster question. The 8915-E form is related to the COVID question.
Delete the 1099-R and re-enter.
This list https://care-cdn.prodsupportsite.a.intuit.com/forms-availability/turbotax_fed_online_individual.html shows that the 8915E is available to e-file. If there is in fact additional programming to be done the list should be updated with a new availability date. That would prevent needless deleting forms and resubmitting forms to try and get rid of the error.
If I submit my tax return without form 8915E I have to pay money. If I submit it with, I get money back. Its better to just wait until the programming is completed.

The 8915-E is available for e-file and not additional programing is necessary for Federal.
Some states are not complete but that is not due to the 8915-E form.
I went to the forms list to see if I could delete form 8915D (which is 2019 disaster relief) and it doesn't exist in my return. Its asking me to fix an error in a form that doesn't exist. I've deleted and reentered my 1099's multiple times. I've called Intuit twice.
There is simple a bug that needs to be fixed.
