When will an expert get assigned to me for Full Service Premier?

I have registered for the Full Service Premier option. I was told that my expert would contact me in a day for the next steps but it has been 3 days and no one has contacted me yet. May I know how to get in touch with someone regarding this?

I have called the number on your Turbotax page ending 8848 but no luck. The IVA's answers to my questions are irrelevant.

Login to your TurboTax and click the Live button and see if there is a note there from your full-service expert.  You should have an email from them telling you to login and look.  They might just be behind in getting you assigned to an expert.

Thanks for your reply, Dan. After I paid for the service 3 days ago, a tax preparer called me with questions and asked me to upload all the relevant documents on the TurboTax - Documents tab. He had said that an expert would get in touch with me in a few hours, but it has been 3 days, which is why I am posting here.

There are no notes from my full-service expert on logging in (Next Steps section). I have not received any email from anyone either. There is a 'Tax Experts' tab, where I can send a message, but no one has replied to my messages there as of yet.

May I ask how long it would take for someone to get assigned since the tax preparer did say 'a few hours'? Or if someone is assigned, how long would they take to reply or provide me with any details?
