When recording a back door roth IRA why does the form 8606 not automatically show up and which letter choice do i choose to make it non taxable?

If you entered the backdoor Roth correctly then TurboTax will fill out Form 8606 automatically. Please review How do I enter a backdoor Roth IRA conversion? Please enter the Form 1099-R exactly as shown on the form do not make any changes.

should like 5a include non-taxable pension income? the last several years it has been shown there but turbotax didn't include it on line 5A for 2024
