When importing financial from Fidelity or TD Ameritrade, can I be certain that all of my tax liabilities are imported? Is there anything I would need to double-check and enter that wouldn't automatically be uploaded into my tax form?

All your entries should have been imported. You can always check the entries against your own copy of the 1099-B.
Form 1099-B (Proceeds from Broker and Barter Exchange Transactions) reports the sale of stocks, bonds, mutual funds, and other securities.
Form 1099-B is included in TurboTax Premier, TurboTax Live Premier, TurboTax Self-Employed, and TurboTax Live Self-Employed (online), and in all personal CD/Download versions of TurboTax.
Here's where you enter or import your 1099-B in TurboTax:
always check. certain taxable income may not be imported. i ran into that. the taxable income had to be entered manually. Turbotax assumes no responsibility for the completeness or accuracy of imported info.
i also found that in one instance the broker reported sales proceeds more than twice the actual amount.
