When I went to file, I only confirmed my Federal tax amount (minus the Turbo fees). It did not include the state return - how can I confirm I'm still getting both?

Did you prepare your state return? If so, you'll see on File section (from left side menu bar) step1 about what you need to pay and what's already paid.

I have not received my tax refund yet. It was submitted on 04/02/2025. However, they sent me a letter to confirm my identity, which I confirmed and still no refund.
