What version of TurboTax are you currently using?
I have the same issue with the download version. I'm using Turbotax Premier 2020. Have tried to e-file multiple times for 2 days and get same error that says either says "cannot connect", or "parsing issue" or "could not create secure SSL connection" or "try again in 24 hrs". I've already paid state e-filing fee so I don't want to snail mail these....please help!
Please try to run an update on the program.

The update did not work but I completely uninstalled my Norton Antivirus software on my mac, restarted and it finally worked. You should have some instructions on how to identify problems with antivirus software that may be blocking ssl connections from being established.
