When I put my unit number in for my address it keeps turning red and not letting me continue

I could not re-create this problem Online or in the Desktop version.

Please clarify your question.

• If you are Online, is this in the My Info section?
• If you are on a Desktop, are you in Personal Info?
• If you leave the Apt# blank, is there a problem?
• Or is it only if you try to put and Apt in?
• It shouldn't make a difference, but dose your apartment have both a number and a letter?
