When I hit "I want to e-file" it just takes me back to previous screen

My return was rejected (I miss-typed a birthday). I fixed it, went through all the prompts. Came to the screen where I have step 1-3, 1 and 2 are checked off. 3 says "Get ready to save and file your returns". I click, then select "I want to e-file", and it just takes me back to the previous screen. I've cleared my cache and tried on both mobile and desktop.
