When I filled my taxes and clicked a pay option, I choose the wrong one. Now it's not letting me go back in order for me to pay another way. What should I do?

Did you already e-file?   What payment option did you choose?   What  method are you trying to use instead?

I already e-filed, and I choose the credit Karma option, I tried making an account with credit Karma, but it said that it could not find my info in the bureau database or something of the sort. I actually don't have a credit card, so I believe that was the issue. However, I haven't been able to find a way in which to go back and just pay another way. Oh and this is for my Indiana Tax Return, not federal. So what I ended up doing is finding Indiana's online tax website (https://www.in.gov/dor/online-services/dorpay-tax-and-bill-payment/) and paid there. As of now, the payment is still being processed, however I don't know how that will affect what TurboTax displays, or if it might not at all.

@Anonymous The important thing is that you paid your state tax and will have a bank/credit card record of making your payment.    Not sure of anything regarding Credit Karma.   TurboTax never knows if you paid your federal or state tax due, and will always show in your account that you had tax due, since that was the result of the return you prepared using the software.   Your account does not ever update to show that you paid.
