When I enter a date acquired on a review for a 1099-B, it refreshes the page instead of applying the date. How do I get the form to accept it?

The 'check this entry' page wants me to enter the date I acquired shares of a companys stock. I enter it and press continue and it asks me again

The net gain or loss from you Form 1099-B will show on line 4 of Schedule  1 and line 7 of Form 1040.
