When you are using a CD/Desktop version, as it shows you are, there is no login required, unless you choose to password protect your file.  Your data file is stored only on your own computer and you access by clicking the TurboTax icon on your desktop.

The solution is different for 2020. Turbo CD/Desktop software didn't require a password to process my taxes, but after filing them, I went back in to print and now it requires a password. How do I get copies of my taxes?
