Your minimum age for what?
Do you mean minimum retirement age for a 1099-R with a box 7 code 3? That is the minimum age you could have retired at if you were not disabled and still working. That depends on your companies retirement plan - usually it is age 55, but could be higher or even 65. You would get that information from the company's HR department or retirement plan documents.
I am assuming that you want to know what your minimum age is to receive social security. If you were born in 1960 your full retirement age is 67.
You can start your Social Security retirement benefits as early as age 62, but the benefit amount you receive will be less than your full retirement benefit amount.
