What to do about Tax Exempt interest income and dividends when they all come from a mutual fund?

I imported my 1099-INT and DIV from Edward Jones directly.   They list Tax exempt interest (box 8 INT) and dividends (box 12 DIV).    The program is asking me to list the amounts earned in each state.    None of that info is in the supplemental statements as both amounts were earned from a number of mutual funds (which hold thousands of assets).     Any idea how to enter these so that I can actually take advantage of the tax exempt status?

On the screen that asks about the states, select the option that says you earned the interest or dividends in only one state. Then, in the list of states, scroll all the way down to the end of the list and select "Multiple States."
