What should I do if my 2023 tax return was rejected, I efiled it and do not no why it was rejected but I should get money back and can't figure out how to proceed

E-filing for 2023 with Turbotax is permanently closed. You'll have to file by mail. Be sure to attach any withholding statements and I suggest mailing using a tracking method. I'm not sure what fees you would have paid with the free edition but contact support
