What should I do if I keep getting REJ002 when I file? I've tried filing about 10 times now throughout a week and I get the error every time. None of the videos helped.

I haven't gotten any emails like it said I would. I have gone through the REJ002 article multiple times. There is no helpful information. There is literally nothing I can do aside from trying again and again, but it does not work.
