What should I do for TC-40A for Utah error: it says that value must be greater than zero, then it says it must be blank?

I put active duty military in my info and only put lived in UT for my state of legal residence.

Utah Schedule TC-40A is Supplemental Schedule to the main Utah Income Tax form.

In most cases, you don't need this form and can delete it. Follow these instructions in this Turbo Tax link

If you delete the form and the question remains, remove the State return.. Log out of TurboTax, then log back in. Then return to the State tab and go through the interview questions again. Pay particular attention to a screen that says Let's Check for Utah Credits.  Read those carefully as this may have triggered the TC-40A form. Answer no this question if you answered yes previously as this will trigger the supplemental form.

You may not need the TC-40A in your return.  If you answered a question YES that created the form, then went back and changed to NO, the form is still there.
