What are you trying to enter?  The current tax year is 2023.

Did you receive unemployment compensation in 2022 and are trying to enter that on a tax return?

As DoninGa mentioned, make sure you are entering the form in the correct tax year.  Also, if you are entering Form 1099-G the EIN or Federal Tax ID number the program is asking for is the one for the state that paid you the unemployment.
