What is the standard fee for filing federal and state tax returns? I see others have been charged $40 for each filing, but I'm charged $69 for federal and $59 for state.

I don't quality for the free option and want to make sure Turbo Tax isn't over charging me.

Yes that is the current fee for Online Deluxe.  The fees change during the year.  On March 1 the early prices expire.    And the Desktop program is priced differently.   The online fees are determined at the time you file or want to print.   You can pay early to lock in a discounted price.
