Why does my efile keep getting rejected

and I need help to make sure it does not happen again. turbo tax just keeps pushing it threw.this is the third time

You should have an efile rejection code.

You will need to Fix any errors and then re send.

We have no way of knowing your rejection issue unless you give us the rejection code you are receiving. What is the code please?
