Verify the Date of Birth for the Taxpayer and Spouse. correct any errors and re-file. If however, all Date of Birth entries are correct, then you need to print and mail your return. if they're correct, you'll need to contact the Social Security Adm to straighten this out. it's the SSA that furnishes your birthdate to the IRS. if you don't you will have to mail in your return every year.
I got the same problem, being rejected a few times, Can't figure out why it is mismatch. I checked again and again, my date birth is correct.
Also my tax returns was e-filed for last a few years, but by my accountant, this year, I tried to do it using turbo tax, keep getting F1040-525-03.
It is unlikely SSN, and IRS database is wrong, otherwise how come my e-file was good last a few years. But this is first time I am using Turbo tax, I suspect it transmitted some wrong info.
