What is meant by "Linked Identities". On the dashboard type page?

I have been an intuit customer for about 35 years. I'm not kidding. for the past 5 to 10 I've been very confused about which username I've used over the years was connected to what account. I think I've finally figured out I have ...3....separate users id's in the database. Can they be linked or combined?

I think the answer is no, you need to pick one to go forward, preferably the one you used for your 2020 return.

However, it would not hurt to call support, they may have improved their capabilities.
