Thank you. I don’t have the option of fix my return. The IRS hasn’t sent out a rejection, it’s just in error processing

Code 245 is an error code, not a section of the Internal Revenue Service Code (law). I don't know what it means, but this article suggests that others are getting erroneous error codes:
