Where the name, address and such are it ask for #4 ask for country code, what  is it

How would I go back to fix that, I don't remember putting in another country

In the "My Info" section is where you will find the residency information.

1.  Click "My Info" in the left hand menu"

2.  Scroll down to your mailing address and check/edit that area, if necessary

3.  Click "Edit" next your name to verify/update any information there.

4.  Click "Edit" next to your spouse's name, if applicable, to verify/edit information there
