Please note that, in order to create a state form/worksheet or access the health coverage section in the State section, you should first complete the health coverage information in the Federal section so that all the information will be transferred to the State section. 

To complete the health coverage information in the Federal section, in TurboTax Deluxe online, here are the steps:

1. Sign in to your account and select Continue to pick up where you left off in your tax return.
2. From the upper right menu, select Search and type in TAA.
3. Select the Jump to link at the top of your search results.
4. This will take you directly to the Health Coverage Tax Credit section.
