What Happened to The "Last Name" Field?

The first step by step question.

How do I enter the last name?

This happened after the latest update.

I also installed TurboTax Premier for 2018 after I installed 2019.

What Happened to The "Last Name" Field?

The last name is added at a subsequent screen.
