You will need to enter each section separately into TurboTax according to the form. On the consolidated form you should see a section for each form, the most common are the 1099-INT, 1099-DIV and 1099-B. The 1099-INT and 1099-DIV are entered in the Interest and Dividends section in TurboTax. The 1099-B should be entered in the Investment Income section.
Have you looked to see if your broker supports importing into Turbotax? Many (most?) seem to. Then it would get downloaded to TT and automatically put in the correct spots on your tax form. It's especially handy if you've sold a bunch of stock, since you won't have to report each individual lot.
