What dose SUFF mean for box e on My w2 it's in the far right corner

Suffix.  Does your name have a suffix such as Jr, Sr, III, etc.?   If it's on your Soc. Sec. card, then the employer might have entered it on your W-2 in the Suff. box, although the SSA prefers that the employer not put the suffix on the W-2 copy A that goes to the SSA.
