I got the same message and it wouldn't let me continue. I went back to the mortgage worksheet and rounded my numbers to the next highest amount and deleted the decimals. It seemed to fix the problem.
I saw where someone answered that they took out the cents and entered round numbers only. I did the same and it works.
Signing off and signing back on eliminated the error code for me.
I was getting the same error when I was doing the final review. I did a little research and for some reason you can't enter cents in the 1098 form in TurboTax. Just round up/down the numbers in each column without using any cents. I went back to my 1098 form and cleared out the cents in each field and the error message went away.
I am getting the same error. Cleared out all my info and started all over. Got all the way to paying the $49 and still unable to e-file. I DO NOT WANT TO FILE BY MAIL -----****TURBO TAX**** YOU NEED TO FIX THIS ASAP!!! This is horrible customer service!

THANK YOU for posting this!!! I tried mine without the decimal points and it worked! TurboTax really needs to fix this or enter a NOTE for people to not enter decimal points.....thanks again! Blessings....
