What does "Noncash Contributions Worksheet: Cost/adjusted basis must be entered" mean?

You need to enter the worth of the property that you donated. For example if you donated a couch, it would be what you paid for the couch when you originally purchased it.

Go back to your charity entries and make sure you have filled out all of the information. It is likely that you did not enter the basis for something that you donated.
