What does it mean that I could log in, but then my computer screen was blue, and no prompts were available?

Thanks for using TurboTax,

This can be due to a 'stuck' cookie causing a display issue when the system refreshes to a new section. A quick way to try and correct this would be to take the following steps:

  1. Log out of TurboTax and leave TurboTax.com
  2. Visit a non-TurboTax page, such as Google
  3. Close all windows/tabs other than the one you just navigated to
  4. Clear your cookies and cache
  5. Close your browser completely
  6. Relaunch browser and log back into TurboTax

This should correct this. If not, I would suggest trying another browser. For example, if you are using Internet Explorer, you would want to try Chrome or Firefox.

If the issue is still occurring, this can sometimes be related to temporary outages or high traffic. Try again later and the issue should be resolved.
